Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the thickness: 3,000 m per color for 0.10–0.24 mm, and 2,000 m per color for 0.25–1.5 mm. We do not accept orders below these quantities. If your order has several colors, each color needs to reach its minimum.
Do you make custom colors and designs?
Yes. We can make custom colors and designs. Send us your sample or design and the quantity, and we will confirm.
Can you match the color of my sample?
Yes. We match color and texture from a customer's sample. Send us the physical sample, or a photo for a first check.
How do I get samples?
Choose colors in our color finder, add them to your sample list and send the list to us. Or send us the color codes on WhatsApp. A sales manager will confirm.
Which materials do you make?
PVC, PET and PP decorative film. Every color on this website is PVC film. Ask us which colors are available in PET or PP.
What thickness and width can you supply?
0.10–1.5 mm, depending on the series (PTBS 0.16–1.5 mm). Width 1240–1420 mm.
How is the film packed?
Rolls lined with pearl cotton (EPE) foam, wrapped in PVC film and labeled. About 300 m per roll at 0.16 mm and 120 m at 0.35 mm. Custom packing is available.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, balance by T/T. Western Union is accepted.
How long does production take?
It depends on the colors, thickness and quantity. The sales manager confirms the lead time with your quote.
What do you need from me for a price?
The film type (PVC, PET or PP), color codes or a photo of your sample, thickness and width, quantity per color, your process (vacuum membrane pressing, flat lamination or profile wrapping) and the destination port. A sales manager will reply with the price and details.
Which films are scratch-resistant?
Every color in six series: PTBS, PTS and PNT (wood grain), NS and PNX (solid-color soft-touch) and PYM (figured wood grain). See scratch-resistant film.
Do you laminate panels or sell machines?
No. Xingpai makes the decorative film only and supplies it in rolls. Our customers laminate, press or wrap it on their own machines.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, factory visits are welcome. Please contact us first. The factory is in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China.
