Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Foshan Xingpai Plastics Co., Ltd. ("Xingpai", "we") collects through www.fsxingpai.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you send the "Get a quote" form we receive what you enter: your name, company, country, WhatsApp number or email, the products, colors, thickness, width and quantity you ask about, and your message. We also note the page you sent it from and the time.
- Messages you send us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site running and secure, for example to block spam on the quote form.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send prices, samples and product information.
- To follow up on your inquiry and on orders you place with us.
- To protect the website and the quote form from abuse.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Our sales team, who handle your request.
- Service providers that host our website and internal customer system for us.
- Couriers and logistics companies, when we send you samples or goods. They receive the name, address and phone number needed for delivery.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The products page remembers your sample list in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you send a request.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address, as described in Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our business with you, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Email sales@xingpaifilm.com and we will reply.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
